Not every posting in Greater Jakarta is a Sudirman posting. Arcelon Stay is the Tangerang address: forty serviced rooms at Newton 11 on Lincoln Drive, Jalan Permata Sari Utara, Binong, Kecamatan Karawaci, Kabupaten Tangerang 15810. Rooms start at Rp 2,000,000 a month, about USD 113 at Bank Indonesia’s JISDOR reference rate of Rp 17,703 to the US dollar on 28 August 2026, and car parking is free.

Both types come with air conditioning, a large window and a bathroom, and both are furnished with a built-in wardrobe and cupboard, a refrigerator and freezer, a SMART TV, and a built-in work desk with an office chair. The Double at 4.3 by 5.5 metres is a little under 24 square metres, which puts it above the Deluxe rooms at either Bendungan Hilir building.
What the rent covers
The same service package runs at every Arcelon building, and Arcelon Stay is no exception: electricity, guaranteed high-speed internet, room cleaning every two days, a weekly bedsheet change, a laundry service of two pieces a day, and tax, all inside the monthly figure. The building lists a communal kitchen, a meeting room, a hybrid elevator, CCTV and secure access, a parking area and a free mosquito zone.

Where parking is different
This is the one place the Tangerang building diverges from the Jakarta ones, and it diverges in the resident’s favour. Car parking at Arcelon Stay is free, both outdoor and in the basement. At Arcelon Executive and Arcelon Premiere in Bendungan Hilir, indoor car parking is a monthly fee of IDR 350,000, about USD 20.
That difference is not an accident of pricing so much as a fact of geography. Central Jakarta parking is scarce and separately charged in most central buildings; Karawaci is a part of Greater Jakarta where keeping a car is ordinary. Deposit and terms
The deposit at Arcelon Stay is IDR 1,000,000, about USD 56, refundable at the end of the contract provided the conditions are met. The minimum stay is one month, and termination requires one month’s notice, as at every Arcelon building. Who it suits
Arcelon Stay makes sense for someone working in or around Tangerang who wants the serviced-room format rather than an unfurnished flat — the same trade described in what is a kost, applied outside the city centre. At Rp 2,000,000 for a single it sits inside the Rp 1,000,000 to Rp 2,500,000 band that Antara’s July 2026 Jakarta guide budgets for a kos room, while carrying a service package most rooms in that band do not.
It is also the answer for anyone whose office is in the western half of Greater Jakarta and who has been quoted Central Jakarta prices for the privilege of a commute in the wrong direction.
