What is the minimum stay duration?

The minimum stay is 1 month.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. It is returned at the end of the contract, provided all conditions are met. Contact us on WhatsApp for the amount for your room.

Are additional occupants allowed, and is there an extra fee?

Yes, one additional occupant (maximum 1 person) is allowed for an extra fee, charged per night for short visits by friends or family, or per month for longer stays. Family or relatives can also book an additional room when one is available. Contact us on WhatsApp for the current rates.

Is parking available, and what is the fee?

Yes, parking is available for an additional monthly fee. Contact us on WhatsApp for the current rate.

Is electricity included?

Yes, but residents must always save energy by turning everything off when going out.

What laundry services are provided?

Residents are provided with 2 pieces of laundry per day.

Are married couples allowed to stay?

Yes, married couples are allowed but will be considered as 1 additional occupant.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

We love pets, but not here.

What is the cancellation or termination policy?

Residents must provide a 1-month notice prior to cancellation or termination. The room must be cleaned, and no personal items should be left behind.

What are the restrictions at Arcelon Residence?

The following are not allowed: narcotics; smoking anywhere on the premises; noise (including parties in rooms or common areas); heavy cooking in the pantry or common area; cooking inside the room; cooking outside the designated kitchen areas; microwave or cooking inside the room.
