What is the minimum stay duration?

The minimum stay is 1 month.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable deposit equivalent to a one-month fee is required. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract, provided all conditions are met. Premiere: IDR 3.000.000 · Executive: IDR 2.000.000 · Stay: IDR 1.000.000

Are additional occupants allowed, and is there an extra fee?

Yes, an additional occupant is allowed (maximum 1 person) for short stays with the following extra fees: Daily IDR 150.000/night for friends or family. Monthly IDR 1.000.000/month (IDR 1.500.000/month for premiere units). For family or relatives, additional room stays (if available) are charged at IDR 250.000/night (IDR 350.000/night for premiere units).

Is parking available, and what is the fee?

Yes, parking is available at a fee of IDR 350.000/month.

Is electricity included?

Yes, but residents must always save energy by turning everything off when going out.

What laundry services are provided?

Residents are provided with 2 pieces of laundry per day.

Are married couples allowed to stay?

Yes, married couples are allowed but will be considered as 1 additional occupant.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

We love pets, but not here.

What is the cancellation or termination policy?

Residents must provide a 1-month notice prior to cancellation or termination. The room must be cleaned, and no personal items should be left behind.

What are the restrictions at Arcelon Residence?

The following are not allowed: narcotics; smoking anywhere on the premises; noise (including parties in rooms or common areas); heavy cooking in the pantry or common area; cooking inside the room; cooking outside the designated kitchen areas; microwave or cooking inside the room.
